BVan.co.uk – Man & Van Service

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with BVan.co.uk, operated by Richard Bevan.

1. Service Overview

BVan.co.uk provides a man and van service for small to medium transport jobs including furniture delivery, small moves, student moves, and single item transport.

This is a one-person service operated by Richard Bevan using a Mercedes Vito van.

Full house removals are not offered as standard.

2. Working Hours

Our standard operating hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Bank Holidays: Closed

Bookings outside these hours may be considered in advance but are not guaranteed.

3. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed by phone or WhatsApp.

Customers must provide accurate details including pickup location, drop-off location, and item description.

4. Pricing

Prices are agreed before the job begins. Additional charges may apply if the job differs from the original description or requires extra time, distance, or labour.

Any changes to the job will be discussed and agreed before continuing.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made as early as possible.

Late cancellations may be subject to a fee if travel or time has already been committed.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are ready for collection at the agreed time.

Items should be properly packed and safe for transport unless otherwise agreed.

Heavy or difficult items must be declared at the time of booking.

7. Damage & Liability

All items are handled with care. However, customers are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for transport.

BVan.co.uk is not liable for damage caused by poor packing, structural weakness of items, or undisclosed conditions.

8. Access & Parking

Customers must ensure suitable access and parking at both pickup and drop-off locations.

Any parking charges or restrictions incurred during the job may be added to the final cost.

9. Delays

Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. All efforts will be made to complete jobs on time.

10. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfer.
